Our GetPaidNow Roof Referral Program

Make $1,000 or more just by talking.Refer a Friend to My Roofer On Time and Get Paid. It's That Simple.

Thanks for being a part and supporter of the My Roofer On Time family. Our reputation across Texas was built one roof at a time, mostly through word-of-mouth from fantastic customers like you. To me, that’s the highest compliment there is.

To show my appreciation, I want to thank you with our GetPaidNow Referral Program. When you send someone our way and we install their roof, I want to put money directly in your pocket. You helped them and you helped us, so heroes get rewarded.

I've set this up to be as straightforward as possible.

How It Works in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Spread the Word: Tell your friends, family, or neighbors about your experience with us.
  2. Make the Connection: This is the most important step! Make sure they give us your full name when they call to schedule their initial inspection.
  3. You Get Paid! Once their new roof is installed and the final payment has cleared, we’ll give you your reward.

The Multi-Property Bonus: Your Biggest Earning Opportunity

This is where your earnings can truly multiply. Our program is unique because when you refer someone who owns multiple properties, like a landlord, property manager, or business owner, you get paid for every single roof we replace for them as part of their project.

For example: You refer Diana, a local investor who owns three rental properties that need new roofs. She signs a single contract for all three jobs.

  • The roof on her first rental house is a $22,000 job.
    • You earn a $750 (Level 2) reward.
  • The roof on her second property is larger, a $30,000 job.
    • You earn another $1,000 (Level 3) reward.
  • Her third property needs a smaller replacement at $16,000.
    • You earn an additional $500 (Level 1) reward.

Total Payout from ONE Referral: $750 + $1,000 + $500 = $2,250!

The Important Part: How Payouts Work

Alright, here’s the heads-up. As a business owner, I have to follow state and federal tax rules. I’d love to just hand you cash and call it a day, but to run an honest business and protect everyone, we have to have a paper trail. This process ensures you get paid properly and that we both stay on the right side of the IRS. I don’t want you getting any nasty surprises later on.

"There are three things you don't mess with: Mother Nature, Texas, and the Tax Man."

Here’s what you need to expect:

  1. We Need a W-9 Form: Before we can pay you, federal law requires that we have a completed IRS Form W-9 on file. It's a simple, one-page form that gives us your legal name, address, and Taxpayer ID Number (usually your SSN). We cannot issue your reward until this form is completed. It's just like the paperwork you do for any job.
  2. Choose Your Payment: Once we have your W-9, you can choose how you want to be paid:
  • Venmo
  • PayPal
  • Company Check
  1. You'll Get a 1099 Form in January: If we pay you $600 or more in referral money during the year, our accountant is required to send you a tax form called a 1099-NEC. This form reports your referral earnings to the IRS.
  2. Your Tax Responsibility: This is the key part. The money you receive is considered taxable income. It is your responsibility to report this income when you file your taxes. I'm a roofer, not a tax guy, so I have people for that. I highly recommend you talk with a tax professional if you have questions. We want you to enjoy this reward, not get into a jam later.

Your referral payment will be sent out 45 days after the final invoice for the job has been paid and deposited.

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.

Just have them call us at 979-270-9787 or email [email protected]. And don't forget the most important part: tell them to mention your name right from the start!

A guy dies and goes to Hell. The Devil checks his file and says, "Impressive. A real lifetime of evil."

The man smirks, "Thanks. And on top of it all, I never paid my taxes."

The Devil's face goes pale. "Oh, hell no. Get him out. That’s grief I don’t want. The IRS up my demonic butt is the last thing I need. Ship him to DC pronto, and put him on Spirit Airlines. He needs to suffer a little. We train our best demons there."
